    R.M.A must include:

    • invoice number,
    • name of person or compnay that placed the order,
    • last four numbers of the credit card used to make the purchase
    • product description
    • reason for return

    Shipping back to Wholesale Stretch Wrap will be paid by You (customer/buyer).

    There will be a 10% restocking fee, to cover handling and refund charges.

    EXCHANGES:

    Products must be in brand new unused condition. Any used portion will be deducted accordingly from purchase total during refund/exchange.

    You (customer/buyer), must obtain an R.M.A, return merchandise authorization, via email (customerservice@wholesalestretchwrap.com),  before sending product.     

    R.M.A must include:

    Shipping back to Wholesale Stretch Wrap will be paid by You (customer/buyer).

    If exchanging for higher priced purchase, restocking fee will not be applied. If exchanging for lower priced purchase restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
